Gary Stafford 

Gary has been delivering business development, sales management and marketing services to a wide variety of manufacturers and service organizations throughout the Midwest for over 25 years. Prior to founding The Stafford Group, he served in executive roles with Arvin Industries, Deflecto and Sears. He has consulted with over 120 companies designing creative, strategic initiatives that communicate, enroll and engage markets and stakeholders in programs and campaigns that strengthen sales, brand identity and loyalty.

Lynn Stafford 

Lynn has created and led strategic communication initiatives to foster new sales development connecting culture to brands and brands to culture. Responsibilities include driving sustainable financial growth by boosting sales by building organizational resilience, agility and cultivating company culture as a formidable Brand asset.

He has served a highly diversified and wide range of profit and non-profit organizations that have included Corporate 500 companies such as AT&T, GE Plastics, BMW, Mobil Oil, Sunoco, Stanley Tools, Merck, VISA, Upjohn, Daimler Chrysler, CB Richard Ellis, Clarian Health, St. Francis Hospital, Tangram, and Right Package. He has been a speaker and consultant for internal and external branding initiatives and has offered executive level coaching designed to impact creativity and productivity in the work-life continuum.
